Psychotherapy in clinical practice is an application of scientific, philosophical knowledge and an artistic conjunction since what is accompanied is human drama. The dynamics of symbolization and the sensation felt as a key concept of the humanistic approach of the Implicit and of the experience arising from the thinking of Eugene Gendlin are described.
