Abstract

The subjective perception of well-being when dancing at the Oruro carnival - Bolivia is described, well-being is understood as a fundamental component of the concept of health, using a qualitative methodology, through focus groups and in-depth interviews, to three different segments of dancers and performing the analysis of the data through the software ATLAS.ti, it has been found that when dancing at the Oruro Carnival, the dancers obtain political, social, economic benefits, forming groups that continue inside and outside the institution, obtaining support social, in the same way, they report, depending on faith and devotion, increase their self-efficacy, and have developed a confrontation of a religious type, they report feeling great emotions when they enter the carnival, and improve their physical condition by consecutive trials , in this way his life changes during the four months of the year in which the trials for this faith occur This devotional
