The reintegration of young sexual aggressors is a complex problem in society, due to the deficit of programs that specifically address the rehabilitation of these in prisons. The complexity of the abusive dynamics, the severity of its effects and the ethical implications of its treatment trace the challenge of developing therapeutic modalities that allow responding to the specific difficulties and requirements posed by therapy with men who were victims of sexual abuse and who passed To be sexual aggressors. The study presented here allows a broad analysis of the dynamics that lead to sexual aggression, the effectiveness of the treatment and the client's acceptance of it, he manages to explore new ways of doing therapy. The efficacy and efficiency of the Brief Therapy Centered in Solutions is proven in this case since the goals set in a short time were reached, which were to find the resources in the patient to be able to exercise control of their aggressive impulses and to reorganize family ties broken by the execution of the crime, this was achieved, through goals to be conceived, exceptions that were strengthened through praise and taught to expand these resources through the use of scales.
