The research tries to recreate the interdisciplinary field from the perspectives: ecclesiastical, community social psychology and social sciences oriented towards a missionary transformation in the paradigmatic change of religious life. The study is presented as a source of analysis of this phenomenon from its theoretical-epistemological and methodological contribution to develop the scientific and empirical dimensions of research. The work is made up of four fundamental moments, which in turn are in permanent feedback: a) a critical reflection on the situation and reality about religious life; b) understanding and building new ways of acting in reality and its challenges; c) rethinking the holistic understanding of religious life through multidimensional and interdisciplinary dialogue, and; d) transformative strategies and actions based on community reflection and construction. In scientific designs, we can also find the plot of history and social commitment, scientific transformation and the transformation between faith-science-and-life. In the psycho-social footprints, the Catholic Church, through religious communities, has been and continues to be a living and shared presence. Given this reality, which is observed in this work, the need to point towards a new paradigm becomes evident, to be significant in the transformation of holistic missionary formation in addition to seeking the common sense of the mission. Likewise, it is necessary to think about how to contribute to society in the possibility of impacting and living its own transformation.
