Abstract

The present research focuses on using clinical hypnosis as a fundamental therapeutic instrument for the benefit of the quality of life in the participating consultants, since when they have chronic pain caused by a constant migraine they feel vulnerable to recurrent and untimely Headaches. It is then that by making the hypnotic intervention relevant to each one of them and by adapting the hypnotic process to the life history, tastes and strengths of the participants, a better meeting is achieved that favors the subsequent result, giving them the ability to empower themselves over the pain, mitigating it and managing to manage it more effectively in diverse situations, is therefore that making an expert of the autohypnotic activity each one of them can safeguard your well-being thanks to the successful management of the hypnotic trance about the inopportune pain.
