For the realization of this case study, there has been the participation of a 21-year-old primary caregiver, who fulfills this function approximately two years ago, taking care of the integral care of his family member who is ill. The lady is 84 years old, she is the grandmother of the young man and five years ago she suffered two cerebral infarctions, later she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and finally developed cancer in the oral cavity. The participant has to go to therapeutic consultation for the emergence of a family conflict that breaks the balance of the sick primary-family care system, which causes a crisis in the main person responsible for the lady, which leads him to question his meaning of life. To respond to the therapeutic objective set by the participant, six sessions of narrative therapy were carried out. The information worked during the therapeutic sessions was subjected to an analysis carried out by the therapist, who has managed to determine the scope of the therapy with which this particular case has been worked. Regarding the scope of the therapy, it is found that its application was relevant since the therapeutic objective established by the primary caregiver has been achieved, based on various changes identified and achieved in the participant and in the functioning of the system in the that he actively develops permanently, being made up of the primary caregiver and the sick relative.
