O Operário 4.0: uma revisão narrativa de elementos prescritivos na formação de uma nova subjetividade laboral

Resumo

A Indústria 4.0 têm por objeto materializar o desenvolvimento das forças produtivas associadas à quarta revolução industrial. Para isso, promove profundas mudanças na subjetividade laboral, exigindo para seu sucesso o aproveitamento dos atributos produtivos cognitivos e intelectuais da força de trabalho. A partir da revisão da literatura, este trabalho tenta identificar e compreender as principais prescrições associadas à conformação da subjetividade do Operário 4.0, que é destacada como uma nova subjetividade produtiva encarregada de solidificar as inovações tecnológicas associadas à Indústria 4.0. A partir da análise de conteúdo efetuada com artigos de revisões sistemáticas da literatura, este estudo identifica três temas relacionados com as prescrições sobre o dever ser do Operário 4.0: o desenvolvimento e aproveitamento dos atributos cognitivos intelectuais, a sua utilização para a conformação de entidades inteligentes e a gestão da saúde ocupacional, representada como stress laboral. Estes resultados mostram uma linha de trabalho que pode ser aprofundada em investigações posteriores no campo da Psicologia do trabalho e das organizações.
