The purpose of the investigation was to determine whether an intervention program based on the sources of self-efficacy could increase the performance of a bowling player. It worked with a bowling player who was chosen for convenience. The design that was used was the A-B with two variables. The data also underwent a binomial distribution as well as a trend analysis to analyze the results. For this, two periods were taken into account, one while the intervention program was applied and the other at the end. During the application there was an increase in performance but this was not significant, during this period the activities of the sources of achievement achievements and vicarious experiences were applied. At the end of the intervention program, there was an increase in performance but this time it was significant, the activities of verbal persuasion, physiological states and imagery were applied. Thus, it could be said that the intervention program based on the sources of self-efficacy increases the performance of a bowling player.
