Abstract

The present work initially questions the dehumanized nature of the crime by parricide present in the normative assemblies of our time. Subsequently and following the case of the "Cabo Lortie" established by Pierre Legendre, the thesis that all homicide is a parricide is analyzed, as long as any that is attentive to the principle of reason and upsets the absolute reference that underlies human subjectivity . Finally, the case coordinates are examined under the paternal function logic.
