Pesquisa em ludoterapia centrada na criança: uma revisão

A ludoterapia centrada na criança é a aplicação da abordagem centrada na pessoa de Carl Rogers à população infantil. É um modelo iniciado por Virginia Axline, que atualmente conta com uma grande quantidade de pesquisas ao longo dos anos. Foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica das pesquisas existentes nos últimos cinco anos sobre a efetividade da ludoterapia centrada na criança em formato individual. Foram encontradas 22 pesquisas que mostram resultados favoráveis em temas como: estado de humor e afetividade, TDAH e TEA, habilidades cognitivas e desempenho acadêmico, habilidades socioemocionais e comportamentos disruptivos, trauma e experiências adversas na infância. A ludoterapia centrada na criança é um modelo de terapia infantil que conta com suporte empírico. As pesquisas estão concentradas no mundo anglo-saxão, com escassa pesquisa na América Latina. Sugere-se que a ludoterapia centrada na criança seja considerada em contextos de saúde e educação. Pesquisas futuras devem incluir revisões sistemáticas com meta-análises, além disso, é necessária pesquisa com a população latino-americana e maior tamanho de amostra nos estudos.
