Prevalência de florescimento psicológico entre estudantes universitários no Peru

Resumo

Determinar o nível de prevalência de floração em estudantes universitários na região metropolitana de Lima de acordo com o sexo. Participaram do presente estudo 376 estudantes universitários da região metropolitana de Lima entre 18 e 21 anos de idade. Foi aplicada a Escala de Saúde Mental Contínua (MHC-SF). O nível de florescimento nos estudantes do sexo masculino foi de 22,67%, enquanto entre as mulheres foi de 17,16%. Por outro lado, o nível de definhamento afeta 32,56% dos estudantes do sexo masculino e 36,27% das estudantes do sexo feminino. Os níveis de definhamento são baixos em comparação com os registrados em outros países da região. Conclui-se que a prevalência do florescimento é um indicador significativo de bem-estar, por isso é crucial levar em consideração fatores culturais e socioeconômicos ao projetar intervenções de saúde mental, dadas as diferenças notáveis na prevalência do florescimento entre vários grupos demográficos.
