The research was conducted with two children diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in the city of La Paz, Bolivia. Considering the importance of an adequate and reliable diagnosis for a work conducive to the evaluation and neuropsychological rehabilitation, the following questions are asked: What are the neurocognitive functions of two children diagnosed with ADHD from a neuropsychological evaluation model? With a sampling by opportunity, the Child Neuropsychological Evaluation Battery and the Lefèvre neuropsychological examination were applied, creating an evaluation model and locating that both children presented difficulties at the level of executive functions, generating a model of information processing for each child and an individualized rehabilitation program. It is proposed that ADHD in children emerges as a symptom by presenting the same indicators in children with childhood depression. Since the difficulties encountered were caused by the prefrontal area of the brain still developing, so ADHD must be diagnosed by passing 10 years of age until 15.
