Abstract

This work investigated the courtship based on focus groups with young men from the city of La Paz. Since it details that first interaction in the process of conquering the boy with the girl. In this sense, we will see the main characteristics that detail the courtship related to a young and university environment, in which objectives are revealed, the differences in styles in the conquest, stages and their properties as a rapid, spontaneous and structured process . Here we place a courtship different from antiquity that is driven by different cultural and social models. As far as culture and social aspects are inserted in the procession with masculinity, gender roles, the sexual revolution and the empowerment of women as models that have influenced the behavior of men and women. Likewise, this research identifies those armed strategies for both seduction or conquest in which the main movements aimed at attracting a partner who has two origins, one social and the other sexual, are observed. This also gives a small look at the expectations and problems in the procession that have been modified in the presence of these movements and models that suggest the construction of a new profile of the conqueror. For this reason I invite you to read this research that concludes that the courtship is immersed in three large dimensions that are noticed as the social, biological and personal that better identify to understand something of this new phenomenon or internalize to analyze your own conquest process.
